An annual event in any technophile’s calendar, Gadget Show Live is back once again at the NEC Birmingham! The ideal opportunity to catch up with the latest technology innovations from all the major manufacturers and some up and coming companies too, as well as the chance to enjoy a live show from the Gadget Show presenters. Fear not if you are yet to get your tickets to this sold out event, as we have two pairs to give away right here on the official LG Blog.

Of course we will be at Gadget Show Live showing off our latest innovations on our stand, including our latest 3D Cinema technology. In fact we will be the only manufacturer at Gadget Show Live with Cinema 3D on display, with our flagship 55” LW650T 3DTV on display amongst other Cinema 3D TVs. If gaming is more your thing why not try your hand at our F1 challenge? You will be seated in an F1 simulator developed by leading motorsport simulation company rFactor, as you take on a course in 3D on an LG 3D monitor. The person with the fastest time at the end of the Gadget Show Live event will win a fantastic Cinema 3D package!

Also on display will be LG’s Smart TV application, fresh from a January launch at CES in Las Vegas. Smart TV builds on last year’s NetCast technology by adding an internet browser, downloadable apps and a whole host more great features including Twitter, Facebook, BBC i-Player, and Acetrax and VIEWSTER both allowing you to stream movies to your TV.

We have two pairs of tickets for the show, one pair for Wednesday the 13^th of April and one for Saturday the 16^th. Terms and Conditions

1.) To enter the Draw, entrants are required to follow the instructions on the LG Blog UK website above, give their blog entry in no more than 25 words and supply their contact email address.

2.) By entering the Draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3.) Entries to the draw must be legal, decent and not offend any community or generally accepted morals, standards or behaviour, which will be solely determined by LG Electronics UK Limited.

4.) The Draw closes at 9:00AM GMT 6^th April 2011. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the final draw.

5.) Entries are limited to one per person and entrants must be 18 years or over and must be UK residents.  Employees of the Promoter and anyone connected with the creation of this Draw are excluded from entry.

6.) There will be two separate draws, one draw for each prize and entrants must specify on entry which draw they want to be entered into.  Winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all valid entries. There is one prize per draw: one pair of full access tickets for Gadget Show Live on 13^th April 2011 and one pair of full access tickets for Gadget Show Live on 16^th April 2011.  Gadget Show Live 2011 will take place at the NEC Birmingham. Tickets are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

7.)  Winners will be notified by email but if a winner cannot be successfully contacted within 48 hours, then that winner will automatically forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected and so on until all winners are confirmed.

8.) Winners are responsible for all costs associated with the prize e.g. travel to and from the venue, accommodation costs, meals, refreshments etc.

9.) The winners’ names and counties will be available on request by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope marked LG Blog UK Gadget Show Prize Draw to: Saint, Greater London House, Hampstead Road, London NW1 7QP.

10.) Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

11.) The Promoter will not be liable for technical, hardware, or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit or prohibit an eligible entrant’s ability to participate in the Draw.

12.) The Promoter does not accept liability for lost, corrupted, damaged, delayed or otherwise invalidated claims or claims which are otherwise not received electronically by the website server or for the loss of any tickets sent in the post.

13.) LG UK’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into concerning the draw or the prize.
