CES, MWC, Ideal Home... Another month, another show to wow at! This year LG will be showcasing a range of products at the EDF Energy Ideal Home Show exhibition, one of the UK’s largest home design events, from the 20th March – 13th April at Earl's Court. Felix’s Machines

Felix Thorne is from South London and makes music on extraordinary mechanical instruments he builds himself. His work has has inevitably caught the attention of renowned left-field record label Warp Records and his machines are currently featured in a show at Gasworks in London. Hi all, Happy new year. Hope you had a great evening. I spent mine next to the London eye watching the LG sponsored firework show in the company of what seemed like 4 million other people. The show lasted ten minutes and was pretty impressive, in fact there were moments when I thought my ears couldn't take it any more Also impressive were the building projections occurring before the show, which featured various celebrities delivering their new year messages. The second Prada phone by LG launch event

On Tuesday we were invited to attend the European launch event for the second Prada phone by LG at the Prada store on Old Bond Street. It was a suitably stylish occasion, as I'm sure you can imagine. The latest edition of the PRADA Phone by LG (LG KF900) offers a collection of technical upgrades and a slide out qwerty keyboard as well as a 5mp camera phone. Whew, it's been a busy few days! Late last week we launched the LG Renoir KC910, our new 8 megapixel camera, and we invited some bloggers down to a party in London to get to grips with it. So, it's - sorry, it be - the 7th International Talk Like a Pirate Day today, if you'd some how managed to not notice yet. Once you've found your eye patch (what this old thing..?) and got yourself a new Pirate name (I'm now "Disembowlin' Helga Straw" apparently.. Try saying that after a barrel of rum!)
