Miggy Chocolate spotting

September 28th, 2009 by LG Blog UKLG Blog UK

London Fashion Week is over for 2009.  Our blogging fashion week friend Miggy was busy show hopping, martini sipping, goody bagging and chocolate spotting. Last week Miggy found herself the awe of the fashionistas when she turned up with her Chocolate BL40 handset. She was in good company though with fellow Fashion Week attendees such as Alice Dellal, Alexa Chung and none other than Anna Wintour all carrying the accessory of the week, the Chocolate...

Miggy’s interview with Sienna & Savannah Miller

September 22nd, 2009 by LG Blog UKLG Blog UK

Premium fashion brand TWENTY8TWELVE has teamed up with LG this year to design a case for the Chocolate BL40. Our Fashion blogger and Fashionista Miggy attended the TWENTY8TWELVE show last night and managed to get an interview with the Miller sisters, all captured on her Chocolate BL40 of course. They chatted about their mutual passion for fashion and about what has inspired the Miller sisters for the collection. After the interview, our girl Miggy headed to the martini bar to do some mingling and celeb spotting, and she was not disappointed. Fashion Guru and editor-in-chief of American Vogue, Anna Wintour grazed...

Get Your Fangs Into This

May 5th, 2009 by agenda21agenda21

Following on from slow-food movement comes the slow-reading movement - Whitney Sorrow has set up the Dracula Feed blog, where she'll be drip-feeding tasty morsels (sorry) of Bram Stoker's Dracula. The neat thing here though is that as Dracula is an epistolary novel (meaning it's written as a series of diary entries), so you can subscribe to the RSS feed and read the book in real-time. Clever...

Dinosaurs in Space and a Dictionary with a Difference!

April 24th, 2009 by LG Blog UKLG Blog UK

This made me smile this morning so I thought I'd share it: Now, as a frequent visitor to XKCD I'm aware there are others with a much bigger interest in dinosaurs than me, but I've found it impossible to shift the idea of T-Rex and Brontosaurus's floating around the universe in bespoke space suits... Like Jacques, I want to believe! Utterly unrelated other than also starting with a D and being a newly discovered joy, My First Dictionary is not like other dictionaries.. An educational blog with a 'word a day' theme created by a Librarian, but there's a twist; Horsley takes...
