Tablets and TVs – the Future of Interaction

A recent OfCom report suggested that these days 17% of TV viewing is taking place alongside other media formats. For us, keeping tabs with friends on Facebook, tweeting commentary about Have I Got News for You, finishing off a report for tomorrow’s deadline or browsing the web, the notion of watching TV feels like the norm.
Most of the time though, these activities are not naturally connected however it seems likely that the next step is that tablets as well as smart phones are moving toward a natural position when enriching our TV viewing experience. But what will that experience look...

LG Application Store – coming soon to the UK

The newly revamped LG App store is currently available across Asia and Australia, but the good news is that the LG applications store is coming soon!
The app store opened with 1400 apps covering everything from games to education, finance to travel, with the number having risen steadily since the app store launch. LG UK customers will soon have access to apps including The Sims 3, Worms 2010 and of course Solitaire. For the more practical minded of you there are also cooking apps, language translators and visitor guides to numerous cities internationally amongst a whole host of other great apps.
