Optimus Prime was my favourite Transformer. He was a good guy, but wasn’t afraid to use his loud and intimidating Optimus Prime voice to get people to do what he wanted. If that failed he just used the fact he was a giant robot and fought them, and from what I remember he didn’t lose very often. I mention this because the new LG phone is called the Optimus, due to it being an Android phone. LG have recently undertaken a survey on Android Apps ahead of the release of their new Android phone – the LG Optimus GT540 handset. You would be forgiven for thinking that gaming or lifestyle apps were the most popular, but the results indicate that people are keenest on using apps on their Android phones as a money saving tool! The UK spends £422.2 million* on mobile software applications each year, with apps featuring voucher codes for money off products and services topping the popularity.
