After a very wet Friday and Saturday the sun finally shone at Silverstone for the British Formula One Grand Prix yesterday!
As official global technology sponsor of F1 we wanted to give all the British Formula One fans a proper F1 experience at Silverstone, here’s a few snaps of the weekend.

The LG Experience was located in the “Silverstone Village” (the one INSIDE the track of course…) and was a great place to come and see the new range of 2012 Cinema 3D TV’s and the latest in Mobile Phone Technology with the LG Optimus 4X and the stunning new Optimus L-Series Range of phones too.

Understandably, one of the star attractions of the day was to have a go in the LG F1 simulator car, using the very best LG Cinema 3D TV technology. The queues were lengthy, but it was worth it to have a lap or two round Silverstone!

It was great to see the look on peoples faces when they realised that there’s no need to spend lots of money on expensive 3D glasses that flicker in front of your eyes and need batteries or recharging all the time.



Also on hand were our skilful LG trainers, who were happy to show off the new features on the TV’s and Phones. Our new QuickMemo feature went down very nicely too!
