With two small kids and family that all live hours away it’ll be another night in. But we will have a romantic meal and a film which suits me just fine

Back in 1997, I first met my girlfriend and on our first date we went to see Titanic. It’s coming back in 3D this year and I am treating her (the wife now!) to a special 3D preview on Valentine’s day. It’s a long film, so then straight to a romantic candlelight dinner and followed by a stay at our favourite boutique hotel, then relaxing her with my super super newly acquired massaging techniques! It should be a special night.

Staying in, quiet and remembering my husband. Died 3 years ago from cancer and much too young….Valentine’s isn’t great for everyone you know…

its gonna be a family treat this year, we`re taking the the kids to the pictures, then off to have something to eat at our local pub.

Both my husband and I are nurses and are working this Valentines Day. So, it will be a peck on the cheek on the way out of the door as we’re also on opposite shifts!

We are having a special dinner at home

If my husband and I are lucky, some quiet time at night – that is of course unless one of our boys doesn’t wake up at a ridiculous hour!! Being a parent always comes first, even on Valentine’s Day !
