Win Tickets to Grand Designs Live at the NEC
September 30th, 2010 by Dave@LGUKCOME AND SEE WHY LG ARE SKY’S FIRST CHOICE FOR 3D TVS
We have 8 pairs of tickets to give away to Grand Designs Live at the NEC in Birmingham over the weekend of the 8-10th of October. This is the perfect chance to catch up with some of LG’s latest home entertainment solutions, all set up to show how they would best be utilised in the home as both a great piece of technology as well as a stylish addition to any room in the house.
The technology on display will include LG’s PX990 Plasma 3D TV – the world’s first 3D plasma TV to receive 3D THX certification, guaranteeing the ultimate cinema experience in the home with extra smooth motion for action-orientated content and vivid colours. The PX990 is also the first LG 3D TV to offer 2D to 3D conversion, which is sure to be worth checking out.
A TV like the PX990 needs the right home cinema set-up to fully reach its potential – which is where the HX995TZ 3D Blu-Ray home cinema system comes in. Offering 1100W of audio output, the HX995TZ is just the home cinema system to help you recreate that cinema feel in full HD glory. Thanks to the built in Blu-ray player you can enjoy 3D Blu-ray movies from the comfort of your living room.
Other great products from LG on display at their stand in the Technology Zone will include the passive 3D LD950 TV, the LX9900 active technology Full LED 3DTV and the 15inch EL9500 OLED! All of this can be found at stand number L528 in the Technology Zone.
Aside from LG’s presence this year’s show includes over 500 exhibitors, live talks from experts including Kevin McCloud, Eco Living solutions and even the chance to sample celebrity chef John Burton Race’s three-course menu at the Celebrity Chef Restaurant.
