Hi, this isn't directly linked to this, but the LG customer support email link is permanently down - so any chance you can forward this query on please?
I am trying to connect my Virgin Media V+ HD box to my LG TV. I have a hdmi to dvi cable, which when connected, gives me HD quality picture, but I obviously need sound as well. I am looking at buying a SPDIF Digital to Analogue Stereo Audio Converter - see website http://www.lindy.co.uk/spdif-digital-to-analogu... - and I just need to check that, once I have set the TV input to DVI, when I can see the picture fine, will the sound also work fine by using this converter to input the sound to the analogue phono ports from the optical output of my V+ HD box? I hope that makes sense, and that you can help! Thanks in anticipation!
