Meet our first Home Entertainment Hero
July 13th, 2010 by Dave@LGUKOur current Home Entertainment Hero competition is giving those hosts who make the extra effort the chance to win an excellent full 3D home cinema system.
We’ve had loads of entries, from people throwing tea parties for their dog through to people painting themselves blue for an Avatar themed party, but the first winner of the 3D home cinema system was Michal Thomas. Michal went all out turning his garden into a football stadium complete with stadium seating salvaged from the Old Wembley Stadium and a specially built open sided structure with a roof to protect from the unpredictable English Weather. And just to take things that step further, Michal even filmed his entry in 3D to highlight that this was the first World Cup broadcast in 3D! Watch the video below to see how Michal created ‘Camp Jovi’.
If you think you’ve got hosting skills comparable to Michal then why not enter your own effort over at our Home Entertainment Hero site here. If we think you’re up to scratch you could walk away with a fantastic home entertainment prize worth £3500!
