LG Electronics are pleased to announce they have become a Team and Technology Partner to Red Bull Racing in the FIA Formula One World Championship™.

This new multi season partnership strengthens LG’s successful relationship with Formula One. As a Global Partner and a Technology Partner of Formula 1™, LG’s brand presence has significantly increased in a sport with one of the largest global TV audiences. The relationship with Red Bull Racing will offer their team access to LG’s latest innovations both at the track and at team headquarters, where the partnership will offer the electronics giants further opportunities to raise brand awareness to a broad global audience.

Red Bull Racing Team are a championship favourite coming off the back of their best ever season, with Sebastian Vettel finishing runner-up in the Drivers’ world championship and the team also finishing as runner-up in the Constructors’ world championship 2009. And it looks like they are on course for another successful season with Mark Webber currently third in the Drivers’ world championship, with the team in second for the Constructors’ world championship 2010.
