Hi, me again have found the repeat button on the screen next to the rating and turned off repeat, must have pressed it by accident. Didn't even know it had this function, as there isn't any information about this in the user guide or on the phone, and had asked an online LG technician who wanted £11 to answer this query.

Hi, had my LG GM360 a few months. I have been downloading music via bluetooth, and now it keeps repeating the same song and I have to manually forward to the next song, even in shuffle tracks. How can I stop this?

Have you got PC suite 3? Just checked with an engineer and he assured me that it is compatible with Vista, XP, windows 7 etc. Try re-installing it from here http://uk.lgmobile.com/web/web.support.retrieveSoftwareUpdate.laf

follow the installation instructions
thanks

the zoom icons are on the top left of the camera screen but they are only active depending on the size of the picture you have selected in the menu. If it is not working currently adjust the size of the pictures

I don't seem to be able to use zoom when taking a photo, but can when videoing, is there a way to change this? Also how do you make the videos last more than 6 seconds? Worst of all, how do you turn up the ringtone volume?

Hi Helen,
spoke to an engineer. He said that the only place that messages would be saved to would be the Sim as there is no option to save to the microSD. To move messages to myfolder go to inbox, press the options button in the top left, an option will come up called 'move to my folders', check all messages you wish to move and then press move
thanks

I was aware that LG has a deplorable reputation for connectivity, and was not surprised to find that there is no sync capability whatsoever with a mac - there is a usb mode, but it will not allow the phone to be disconnected without issuing a warning that the device was disconnected while in use and that data may be lost. luckily most sync services can be got online nowadays, so google calendar and mail is a must for this phone, if you are a mac user www.uggcardy.org www.shoemkt.com www.webuggbootssale.com

I like this Phone, and am getting to know its quirks quite well by now - so what can I add to the review above... well.
The GM360 has a good interface once you get to know it - the screens sensitivity gets better when you realise that there is a protective film over the whole phone for shipping, when you peel it off the screen is better - also it is worth calibrating the screen with a stylus, even if you dont intend to use one, the touch screen becomes far more accurate and usable.

The GM360 is barely supported by LG at all - there are NO downloadable apps from the LG store UK, except a few games - so you will have to risk 3rd party downloads if you want any extras like a unit converter.
The phone is quite basic - but that means you don't inadvertantly spend a small fortune on needless connections to online sources - it warns you before any connection is made.

As a mac owner, I was aware that LG has a deplorable reputation for connectivity, and was not surprised to find that there is no sync capability whatsoever with a mac - there is a usb mode, but it will not allow the phone to be disconnected without issuing a warning that the device was disconnected while in use and that data may be lost. luckily most sync services can be got online nowadays, so google calendar and mail is a must for this phone, if you are a mac user.

The camera is a bit of a dissapointment, sure it has a lovely big resolution, but the images need to be tweaked in photoshop to get rid of the muted colour and poor level distribution/contrast. It has autofocus, which sometimes decides to auto-unfocus, so you may need to take a subject several times.
Its a cheapish sturdyish phone, that keeps battery life for a fair while and recharges quickly, even through a usb port on a laptop.
