I think –> because Symbian Foundation is now open to all ……. it will be easier to upload Symbian on to the LG KM900 Arena!

Hi numaan
There will be no Android version of Arena, but Android remains a key focus for LG as evidenced by the presence of GW620 in the portfolio and the recent announcement of GT540.

It is not technically possible to ‘upgrade’ an existing model from proprietary to open OS.

Your comments have been taken on board though and will be kept in mind for future developments!

No news on a release date as yet i’m afraid. Keep checking back for updates though as i will get release dates up as soon as i hear more!

thanks for the link …… BUT –> i already know all this!!

what i meant was that —> can someone PLEASE tell the LG 'boss' that LG KM900 Arena owners (on http://www.mylgarena.com) want the arena converted to windows or android because …. WE believe that LG has dropped the LG KM900 Arena as you cant buy it anymore from the official LG website!

and there is also an online petition to LG with signatures about this on http://www.petitiononline.com/mod_perl/signed.c... (750 and still counting!)
