October 30th, 2009 by Dave@LGUK
This beautifully designed product is the über stylish Opera, a Mobile Home by Dutch designer Axel Enthoven. The design is reminiscent of the Sydney Opera House which has become one of the most iconic architectural buildings of modern time.
The production of such an object signals the interest in consumers desire to keep esthetically pleasant objects not just in the home but around one at all times. The Opera will go into production in early 2010 and is sure to turn a few heads on the...

Are you ready for Freeze?
October 29th, 2009 by Dave@LGUK
Time out has listed Freeze as its top activity of the weekend and we can't blame them. It is almost time for Freeze, the UK's biggest winter sports and music event, to open their gates at Battersea Power Station in London to thousands of snow-sport and music fans.
The construction of the 30 meter ramp is almost done and all that is left to do is to add the 500 tons of snow to cover it. With acts like Pendulum, Orbital, Friendly Fires and Calvin Harris taking the stage Freeze is the place to be this coming weekend.
Finally, a big congratulations...

October 27th, 2009 by Dave@LGUK
The BBC had their plans of bringing their iPlayer together with ITV player, Five and Channel 4 OD halted by the BBC Trust. The BBC trust concluded that the plans were too complicated with BBC's advert free programs getting mixed with other channels advertising funded shows.
