On the hunt for lovely and original gifts I stumbled across Shielagh Tacey, an artist and designer living and working in Glasgow, Scotland who makes unique hand woven textile products using a traditional wooden floor loom.

Her products range from cushions to scarves to iPod covers. According to her site everything she produces is a unique, one-off item and she also makes items to customers particular requirements.
