It’s Chriiiiistmas!

It’s inevitable really, isn’t it!

That’s your lot for 2008 I’m afraid, we’re all off to stuff ourselves full of turkey/tofu and be merry in the season of good cheer and … well, you know. We’ll be back for more in January, with the new Chris M (Chris 2.0?) replacing our lovely (original)Chris, who is off to pastures new and who will be missed. We couldn’t hold him back though – apparently cobbling à la Misery is illegal.. We wish him the best of luck and hope he stays in touch!

We’d like to wish all our readers and fellow bloggers a very jolly holiday – and seeing as everyone from MPs to our own (original)Chris is RickRolling all the Christmas spirit out of us, I thought I’d go for another ‘net staple, the LOLcat:

    I notice that you have stopped replying to requests regarding firmware updates for the Secret. I find this level of customer service deplorable and intend to sell my LG and replace it with (probably) a Sony Ericsson. I will never buy another LG as long as you fail to provide firmware updates.

    Allan, we’re not ignoring those queries, we just don’t have any new information yet. (Hope to soon though!)

    Also, this isn’t part of the LG customer support system – we’re a blog, not a designated customer service centre. We do try to help with all queries brought to us but because it’s outside our remit it does take longer to do this.
